Coffee-bean

Post by Little treefrog »

Hi,

I would like to buy raw coffee-bean. I´m been looking at the local market but can´t find any coffee-beans. Is there anyone out there who can give me a hint where to find this precious beans :)

Possibly more expensive than you'd like, but Starbucks, Doitung & some other coffee shops sell the beans as well.

I've only seen Raw coffee beans down south in Trang where my wife comes from - and Khao Chong Coffee.

As Dawn said, I'm sure it's worth asking at Doi Tung

Have you tried the large supermarket chains like Tesco etc, in Aus we can by loose or packeted coffee beans that you grind yourselfs in most of the big chains.

They grow it in Chumporn so you should be able to get raw beans there direct from the plantation .3 hour journey each way .
