Anybody know where you can get a rumtoff pot?

Anybody tried one with Thai fruits?

Richard, I’ve not seen a purpose made one for years, although I imagine you can still find them in Germany. Perhaps you could improvise and use something like a large glass jar or a ceramic bread-bin.
I’ll have a look if such a thing is sold in Luxembourg, but I seem to remember the traditional German ones being quite large and heavy, and not the most convenient thing to carry on to an airplane!

Problem will be keeping it cool

Think Thai fruits with sang Som would be ideal

Certainly mango, pineapple and anything like that should taste good; if you bung in enough Sang Som you’ll enjoy it anyhow!
