Greetings one and all,

I thought I had better sign up as I have been lurking for sometime and after visiting HH again in December I was thinking of buying a house as an investment / holiday retreat but after reading the excellent forums I am probably revising my opinion.....

Hi, and welcome to the forum. I would always suggest renting here first to give yourself time to gauge the lay of the land (as it were) before buying. Good luck...
