Unlike many others who have responded I did not have the priviledge of knowing Dr Dave, but I immensely enjoyed his postings. The world will be a poorer place without him.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and loved ones.

Still so very hard to take in this terrible loss to Hua Hin and to so many many more.

Just reading all the previous posts tells you just how much Dave was loved and by so many. You can feel the pain and sadness in every word and sentence written.

A real one-off who had something that no amount of money can buy – our total respect.

My sincere condolences to Oe, Dave’s family and friends.

RIP Good Man. Forever in our memories.

My deepest sympathy to family and all your friends.
Well said Ozuncle - my sentiments entirely!

Like your goodself and many of the other members here I never had the privilage of meeting Dr. Dave. Judging by the comments of those that knew him well or even shared a couple hours of his life he was obviously a very special person which was apparant by the quality of his postings which will be dearly missed.

Just reading the messages above has brought a tear to my eye, I'm neither too proud or tough to admit otherwise..... I can therefore imagine how deeply saddened Dave's family, friends and loved ones are feeling now.

My deepest and most sincere condolences to one and all.

God Bless Dr. Dave

from a guy who was obviously denied the pleasure of knowing you

found out the terrible news yesterday. i have been too upset to post until now. having known dave for well over 20 years, i have been reminiscing about growing up together on the scooter scene in oldham uk, about going together on the scooter rallies in the 80's, crazy, crazy times. i last saw dave 2 years ago when a few of us came over for a scooter holiday and we rode from hua hin to kho samui, fantastic times. dave and his special lady Oe gave us a wonderful reception and took us to see some exceptional sights. for that i am truly thankful. i will personally remember you dave every day, and hopefully we will meet again someday and talk the talk, like we used to do. goodbye my friend. from your heartbroken mate, andy bradbury {brads}
