I used Directroom at least last 3 years many times. They are very quick in answering and it never failed so far. If somebody had problem with them I like to hear that too. I used them all over Thailand and they have such a good service.

actually you all can check out asiarooms.com and compare the rates as well. most of the time i find asiarooms is cheaper by about 10%.

I'll second Asia Rooms....they are a bit cheaper and they provide customer reviews of the hotels. I find these invaluable.

I read that on another forum as well Pete but I've not had any problems. I suppose you can have bad experiences no matter where you go.
