Yes, they do, and from memory you need the complete TM8 + 1 passport sized photo.

It looks like there's been a change of plan about immigration moving to the 3rd floor. Having nothing better to do, I wandered up there the other day just to see what was on the 3rd floor now. First thing I noticed was the immigration sign previously there, had gone. Then I noticed a sign saying that all the services provided by the other departments, currently sharing space with immigration in the basement, would be relocating to the 3rd floor. No dates given.

I eventually wandered down to the basement to check any signage there, and there's nothing. So it appears that at some undetermined date, immigration will become the sole occupiers of their current basement location.

Unless there is another change of plan.

Thats interesting, as on Friday, they were still in the basement! And earlier in the week, I also checked upstairs and there was no signage or anything.

^Yes, I walked past that office about two weeks ago but as it was shut, I didn't really pay any attention to what it was for.

We saw the sign a while back and went to the third floor. The officers there said we needed to go back to the basement. I got the idea (maybe incorrect) that the 3rd floor office was for Thais only. No problem in the basement renewing the 30 days.
