But hey, if you took notice of what I recommended, there's no need for the additional Rugby Pass.. (get that bloody Firestick!!)

Well we'll have to wait for another day as Mr Piardi is Italian...
The subtle one there was the TMO, oh come along dearest..... You know, the one (holds things up)dtaai-maai wrote: ↑Fri Jul 11, 2025 3:28 amWell we'll have to wait for another day as Mr Piardi is Italian...![]()

In all fairness, it's a very much second string French side who the AB's underestimated in the first Test. "The Blackness" were always going to come back with a bang. Understandably though, there's many pissed off with the French selection which could well have been a hell of a Test Series - of course, you can argue that the majority of French players need the Summer Break!!
Oh dear, somebody's not going nto be a happy bunny!England flanker Tom Curry is set to start in the back row for the British and Irish Lions in the first Test against Australia, with Wales' Jac Morgan missing out on selection.
I should think so too!It is also thought Owen Farrell could miss out on the matchday squad.
I shall ignore the obnoxious rumours from supposedly "Quality Journalists" until the "Official Team Announcement" tomorrow..... Though my Black Armband is ready and waiting for yet another period of mourningdtaai-maai wrote: ↑Wed Jul 16, 2025 6:05 pm https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union ... 2m01j45pzo

"Happy" is not a word I would use for the "7 Selection"... I could understand/appreciate Van der Flier getting the nod over Morgan, but for Curry to get the vote over both is questionable to say the least (even more devastating is the record for Welsh Rugby
Yep this is why any Lions' tour in the future here will be a dismal affair, as this one is already shaping to be. Waste of time and talent. There is far better Southern hemisphere opposition readily available.PeteC wrote: ↑Sun Jul 20, 2025 3:01 pm The future doesn't look good for Rugby Union in Australia if you read/believe all the recent articles. Few fans attending and dwindling revenue during this past Super Rugby season, whereas NRL is playing to packed houses and huge revenue. The Melbourne Rebels went belly up last season, and if another major team goes under, that may be the end of it down there.
