Physically she seems quite nice, I know the competition is supposed to be about more than that.

Does she fit the frame of a 'traditional Thai beauty'? I see far more lovely and interesting Thai faces daily than the internationally accepted model of female beauty.
'... in the eye of the beholder' though, obviously.

Yes, I saw the report yesterday, and wondered if she was the same girl (gave me a lovely smile and wave) who was in the Pride Parade in Hua Hin last year. She looks the same to me, but I do have a significant facial recognition problem (what is they say about them all looking the same - it is a reality for me ).
