Big Kiang

Post by traveller2 »

Hi, its been 7 years since I was last in HH and a lot has changed. I will be coming back soon and know I need some new furniture.
Is Big Kiang still on soi 88? Ive tried to find it on google maps, with no success. Am I looking in the wrong place...soi 88/1 or soi 88/2?
Thanks in advance for your input, I appreciate it

Yes, still open on soi 88

As well as Big Kiang, there are many other outlets depending on your taste and budget?

Yes, I bought a chair in Big Kiang last month.
Global house on Petchakasem road heading into Pranburi has a good range of reasonably priced furniture.
Also, aa you head out on the 3218 road, before you get to the junction with the bypass, there is an open fronted local place on the left that has a good range of cheaper stuff, I've no idea what it's called but we've had a few things from there. It's similar to Big Kiang but it's convenient for anyone out in Hin Lek Fai.

Another suggestion is check out Win Furniture on Petchkasem Road going north, 2 kms before The Baguette and Makro on the same side. Big red (or maybe orange) sign.

I didn't buy anything there for a few years but range and prices were good on many items. Wardrobe delivery and assembly at home was free and very professional (it was delivered knocked-down).
