Locksmith
Locksmith
We had cupboards installed when we bought our place over 10 years ago. The tiny, cheap locks are failing and I would like to get them replaced. Last year when we were visiting I tried to find somebody/a company to do it but was not successful. Any suggestions welcome!

Re: Locksmith
Employing a locksmith sounds a bit like overkill when you only want a good handyman! I guess they also charge a lot more.
People here often recommend Handyman Hua Hin (https://www.facebook.com/HandymanHuaHin), have you tried them? I don't know if they take small jobs but I would imagine so.
If not I could ask my friend in the construction industry who (I hope still) has a good carpenter who also works for himself on a day basis. PM me if you want me to check. He worked on my house remodelling (also over 10 years ago) and everything is still good.
I guess as you don't live here the locks are to keep your stuff safe from renters, otherwise if it's just for child-proofing you can use something like these:

Re: Locksmith
If the holes are already drilled on the surface to mount the lock (cupboard or drawer door), it should not be to difficult. You can also buy directly the cylinder lock and key on Lazada but be sure to check the measurements (width of the door and the length of the lock cylinder). I also wanted to do the same to lock the drawers at my place when away for obvious reasons, but was mainly concerned in the drilling the hole and risks of unqualified chaps to crack the surface. So if anybody has good experiences, thank you very much for the recommendations, advice or feedback.

I managed to find the same locks (although better quality) in HomePro and HandymanHuaHin fitted them
