The first thought is any Toyota dealer where you'll probably be in and out in an hour or two. You may pay a bit more for the expertise, but they have the expertise.

You don't need to go to a Toyota dealer for air con service. Most cars use "brand" systems, Toyota use Denso, which a lot of others also use.

B-Quik on Petchkasem road, or just about opposite, just past the Shell service station going north, there are several small specialist shops that are a lot cheaper.

I've always used the A/C shops going north on the left opposite the first petrol station.
I've used them for 're-gassing' but have also repaired my aircon. They do know their stuff. As Nereus says, you don't need a main dealer. There are plenty of a/c specialists.

I've used those places a couple of times also. I've always considered them as a drive through service. You get about 5 mechanics under your bonnet, they analyse the problem/do what is required, you pay a small sum and you're on your way again - very efficient.

Your personal recommendation seems to fit the bill, if you have a grid reference that would help.

You can't miss them going North out of town on the left - there are several. They start immediately after the Shell garage.
