Does anybody know the foundation of this article i.e. does it have any substance? Or is this just a slow news day, and they were looking for something to get reader's backs up (read, 'stir the shite)?

There's been several articles in past weeks that it will be delayed, or possibly cancelled. Nothing definite though that I've seen.

You have to laugh. The entire thing has been a farce from the start. Using public funds as an election bribe :laugh:
