If such things exist does anyone know of a website/resource with info on Thai labour laws? Workplace law, treatment of staff, holiday allowance, minimum wage, overtime, health and safety, company benefits, employees rights etc.

I just had a read of some of those employment laws and whilst I’m sure they are widely breeched, they are actually better than those in some western countries.
I know I'm not meant to mention the other place, but I was recently asked something similar over there and i managed to find the entire Labour Protection Act (which covers everything you need to know) online and in English. The link is over there somewhere
