Re: Poll: Would you be willing to donate to keep HHF online?
Yes, although I very rarely pop in to the forum, I’d be happy to donate to keep it going.
I've lost my mind and I am making no effort to find it.

Absolutely, yes

I am no longer in Hua Hin, but let's see what eventuates after the upgrade.Lev wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2023 12:01 pm Huge thanks for the overwhelmingly positive response. We will open the new subforum with full details on how to donate and include everyone who has responded here after the upgrade on Monday.
If the upgrade fails, there will be little point as we'll be sunsetting HHF or looking for alternative solutions.
May you be in heaven half an hour before the devil know`s you`re dead!

If anyone else wants to contribute to the future of this forum, please reply here or PM me and we will add you to the new section.

We have added the accounts that requested access to the new subforum.
Just a note that the private forum is strictly for donors only, those that do not contribute will have access to this area revoked.
Thanks.

Am late, requesting access to the subforum if I may...
I don't trust children. They're here to replace us.

How many active members are there in total, not talking about the private forum ?
As the cost has not been specified, how much is one supposed to donate ?

To some extent it depends on your financial position, but we’ve seen a figure of B3,000 quoted, probably B1,000 would be a good start or anything in between?joelle wrote:How many active members are there in total, not talking about the private forum ?

There is an advertisement management extension available for the phpBB software that could be installed if wanted. No sidebars but it's less work to set up and run.

Thanks Mark, the advertising model worked for us in previous years but it is now simply not feasible as times and mediums have changed.
