A older study concludes napping makes one smarter!

I'm one of those and usually feel worse if I've slept during the day (unless a hangover is involved)!
Yep I'm one of them, love the idea of an afternoon nap, but if I give in I feel crap when I wake up so have to fight it!

^That's why I always set an alarm for 45 minutes because any longer and I go into deep sleep and struggle to wake up.

I've heard mixed opinions about afternoon naps. Some say it's great for recharging your batteries, while others think it can disrupt your night sleep. Personally, I find it helpful, especially for staying focused throughout the day.
The only issue I have is that I struggle to fall asleep, so I started using a cannabis treatment from Releaf, a medical cannabis clinic. And it really works. ( Mod Action: Link deleted. Site link can be found on Google if a reader wishes. )

When working silly hours on site and getting the odd break, 30 mins sleep worked wonders - so the Alarm was 30 mins (plus 15 mis for munchies and a coffee). Unfortunately now things are a tad different due to non-work and medical issues.... Hopefully a big improvement in the latter will sort out the former - I live in hope as Trump and Co. have certainly f*cked up my Private Pension :tosser:

I used to nap after a sandwich at my desk in my office for twenty or thirty mins

My staff knew that after that I was full of energy to work

I followed the Japanese model where top execs used to nap

^I had twenty minutes earlier!
I set an alarm for 45 minutes but woke up before, probably because I didn't work today.( Shift work as well. )
