Don't get this slant! Loaded, loaded, unobstructed, hit by a car in the back.

On Nov. 19, 2022, a TikTok member @icejarunya posted a sensational clip, in which she was shocked on the way to drive, saw a brick truck blocked off the road, nearly hit her car, stating: "The first day, almost luck fell on top of it."

In the clip, as she's driving behind a truck, which is carrying brick blocks lined up on a pickup truck and has no barriers, the unloaded block bricks begin to tilt, before falling on the ground in front of the poster.

Fortunately, the driver was not fast, and spaced out fairly, as the poster was already vigilant, he braked and was not hit by a brick block in the car. After the post was published, a large number of people came forward to express their opinions, blaming the truck for not being safe.

I am a bit surprised that this does not happen more often. Maybe it does and just not reported.

The scene showed a large number of thatched villagers. Modified tractors were found used in agriculture. Overturned on the side of the road, near the body of Mr. Boonlae Kaew Ong, 40, with a broken neck, lying face down in the dirt, with relatives and wives, followed by the corpses, all crying.

Grandma having a day out:

According to the preliminary investigation, it was learned that at the time of the incident, Grandma Champa, an elderly person, was driving a saloon car at the scene of the crash, retreating from the residence. The front door of the house was hilly and the door of the house was parked, blocking visibility on both sides, and an unexpected incident occurred. While grandmother was stepping on the accelerator pedal, the auto transmission came backwards and onto the road at the same speed and rhythm as the motorcycle driving towards the main line, hitting grandmother's car so hard that the motorcycle swerved, the driver crashed out of the car, but grandmother's car continued to fall backwards, like a shocked grandmother forgetting the brakes until she was hit by a Fortuner car that was driving behind the motorcycle at speed, hitting the rear of grandma's car with a strong crash, the sound of a crash sounding on the road, and also hitting the motorcycle driver repeatedly, bouncing on the middle island. Serious injury.

I have seen this many times. It is one thing to use the road to dry some rice, but the problem here is the typical "me first" that parked half on the other side of the road:

According to the inquiry, Corps General Wut, a farmer who dried rice on the streets. He knew he had dried paddy on one side of the road. At the time of the incident, a pickup truck was parked across the street from where they were drying rice. Then he saw a car driving past and stepped on the rice he had dried on the road, so he shouted, "Something to eat, why step on it?"

That last vid looked like two or more pickups racing down the highway - a very common occurrence here.

Now if only Thailand had proper traffic police that actually did some work and patrolled the highways ... :duck:

To me, it looked more like Somchai dawdling along in the right hand lane, with the pick-up trying to get past by undertaking the dawdler, and then making a sharp overtake of the car in the middle lane - he failed. The pick-up in front made a wiser, albeit illegal decision to undertake the vehicle in the middle lane as well.

You see this death defying manoeuvre every couple of miles when driving Thailand's highways. The clowns in the right hand lane who are dawdling are a complete menace to other road users, regardless of what speed they are driving.

Looking at the concrete barrier down the centre of that highway, there's a good likelihood the outside lane was minimum 100kph.

Another reason why Thailand needs decent highway patrols. The fast-lane dawdlers are indeed just as dangerous as the pickup-driving speed freaks.
