There’s a saying “God looks after the righteous, The Devil looks after his own”, so we just need to allocate you to one of these camps?

01:48am. Hin Lek Fai: got drenched about an hour ago. Coming down light, but steady now. The thunder is rumbling and moving further away. The lightning has stopped.

Yep that was quite a thunder and lightning show(i was up late binging Netflix)

Not sure we got that much rain down at the beach though Image. I heard and saw a bit of steady rain at that time but not as much as the storm itself would suggest...

It hit hard where I live and must have been a good 50mm looking at the pool this morning - the thunder in particular was quite deafening!! It also knocked the power out for about an hour.

It’s coming down heavy where we are, so obviously our area is getting a fair bit more than the Soi 51/53 area that the Colonel mentioned.

In Hua Hin this month so far we have only had 61% of the average April monthly figure (27 of 44mm) so we're probably due some.

Either that or we'll make up for it in May(111mm monthly average, 13 days of rain typically)!!
