Well, tried and failed. The Line method is only for making corrections in Thai - they have no provision for English corrections so I have to go back to the hospital to find the person that typed it in wrong in the first place.

That's the thing - they probably typed it in correctly. Every one of my family except mine is wrong. They wouldn't have all got it wrong. I think I'm different because of the key switch problems I encountered, going from the passport generated number to the ID Card.

My name in English was typed in wrong - so it is wrong on both the app and certificate in English. Knowing this place, there will be problems down the line with it if I don't get it fixed.

Two N's. If they'd have copied what is in the passport it would have been correct.

Been to the hospital and fixed it now, just have to wait until Wednesday for the magic stamp and signature on the new bit of paper.

Anyone know if it matter if the address on the Covid-19 vaccination certificate is wrong as long as the name, DOB and passport number is correct to get issued the vaccine passport?
Btw, do we need the vaccine passport for travel in Thailand or is it enough with the vaccine certificate from the hospital?

Nobody will ever know for sure, even the authorities. However, I've had my vaccination certificate checked twice now, and the key thing they have checked has been my ID Card number quoted on my vaccination certificate against the number on my ID card (I guess substitute passport if you don't have an ID card).

My son has also been checked twice, and because he doesn't use mobile Internet, he has shown them a screen shot of the Mor Phrom page, which they have accepted.

All other information has been superfluous for us so far.

For what it's worth I received my vaccination cert today from Bangkok Hospital. They said to check the name, passport number and 13 digit id number carefully. They said check the address but it isn't as important as the numbers.

Interesting about your son BB. I also don't generally use mobile internet and have saved screenshots from Mor Phrom for use in the event of being checked (though at a push I could invest 10 baht for a 24hr data package).

So, nice to know the screenshot approach works.

the vaccine certificate from the hospital is enough for travelling in Thailand as long as you have the QR number on it, the passport is useful if travelling out of Thailand

It seems that mistakes in data entry for the app and certificates have been extremely common. Should get my corrected cert today, but Mor Prom is still wrongly spelled,
