I didn’t get my vaccines at HHH and this is what it shows

I received mine at BCCT and the app has given up telling me that I didn't turn up. It now says that I'm ineligible in the current session and await further information!

Don't worry too much about what that says, download the Mor Phrom app on to your phone. Hopefully that will tell the truth.

I'm not at all worried. I know I've had the first shot and BCCT will issue me with the relevant certificate after receiving my second shot.

Don't you need a Thai ID number for Mor Prom app?

I downloaded it. On the create account page it asks for ID no.

All I can enter is my UK passport no. and I get an error message in red letters(in Thai language)

Same if I don't enter it at all

A government spokesperson Ratchada Thanadirek just tweeted saying a digital vaccination certificate from Mor Phrom will be used for domestic flights.



No details of whether it will be compulsory or if paper based alternatives are usable. Also no info on how to get a 13 digit number for using mor phrom if your vaccine slip doesn’t provide one

A strange statement there. My 13 digit number worked on Mor Phrom UNTIL I had my second shot, at which point it stopped working. After my 2nd shot the Mor Phrom key became my ID Card Number.

Complete opposite here, 13 digit number doesn't work at all on Mor Phrom now, so as above, I'm waiting to get another one with the 2nd shot. Gotta love the consistency.

I find it impossible to get Mor Prom to work on my phone, plus it is only in Thai.

Yes, I find the Thai thing annoying, but can get by with the pictures.

I think the key to getting it to work is the number you register with. In the beginning, mine worked fine with my 6000000****** number allocated by the hospital. Eventually, they switched my number to my Pink ID Card number, which I'd never ever informed them of.

Before I'd worked it out, I did what the instructions said i.e. went to the hospital and asked for help. They had less idea for me, and told me it doesn't work for everybody. If you have other possible ID keys, uninstall and re-register with other keys until you find one that works.

Good luck, I found it very frustrating.

Thailand has launched its very own “digital health pass” via the Public Health Ministry’s Mohpromt application, and all residents of the country are advised to download it. The health pass, which has already been adopted by most domestic airlines, will soon become mandatory for users of everyday venues and services.

The pass can be downloaded via the Mohpromt application. However, the app currently accepts only 13-digit Thai ID numbers, meaning expats may have difficulty registering.

Several Thais also have complained that they have been unable to get the digital health pass despite the fact that they have already got two jabs.

So my Covid-19 certificate works fine, but the Digital Health Pass is a mystery. Has anybody managed it yet please?
If so, what is the secret please?

I was seeing that Data Not Found, and assuming it wasn't working

I scanned the QR code. and it brings up my vaccine details, so it does work

I guess the Data Not Found refers to a Covid test
