Chumphon Bike weekend!!!!!!!

Post by H2ODunc »

Greetings all in HH.Not sure where best to put this so mods feel free to move.
Just a heads up to all you lovers of 2 wheels and those that just like to have a rocking good time. The weekend of May 11, 12, 13 is Chumphon bike weekend. lots of nice bike to look at, people coming from all over Thailand and even Malaysia. Music ,fun and lots of beer and eats. Even if you are not into bikes in a big way it will make for a differant weekend. Its only down the road and you can drive or ride here in a few hours. Look forward to seeing a few of you down here. Im trying to do a deal with a few hotels to get a discount so fingers crossed. Thats it folks. Stay upright and wear those lids.

Chumphon Bike weekend!!!!!!!

Post by skippy »

Hi H20Dunc. Any extra information for this event would great. i know its in Chumphon. i have stayed in a hotel there before i think is was the grand ?????it was not far from the train station and KFC was just up the street.

We will be travelling to chumphon by train to attend. I am in the market for a large motorcycle, so this will give a great chance to look around at the same time.

Do they hire scooters in Chumphon?
P.S. this my first post
cheers

Hi Skippy. there are lots of places to crash from around 350- 500 a night wiyh air and cable. Scooters are for hire at around 200 a day but bargain with them. Am still trying to sort out the itinary for the weekend and as soon as everything is cofirmed I will post it here. Unfortunatley my Triumph Rocket 3 is not going to be here for the weekend but they have offered me the demo bike for the weekend which I thought was very good of them. You'll recognise me as I'll be the one stood next to it with a big stupid grin. Look forward to seeing you there, Cheers Dunc
