Duty-free Auto - transfer of plates in HH

Hi All,

I am retiring from the UN and have a duty-free car in country. I have a place in Huahin and will be retiring there.

Is it possible to transfer from 'blue' plates to 'white' plates in Huahin? Any suggestions or experiences?
