There's a lot going on with the rail transit systems in/near Bangkok, both elevated and subway. I don't know any detailed link to information though? Perhaps look at the Bangkok Post on line at www.bangkokpost.com daily as there are bits and pieces in there weekly.
Nothing that I know of concerning your other categories, except perhaps to build a pier at the new S'bumi airport so the flying boats can land and dock this rainy season...LOL. Pete

Laem Chabang deepsea port is already established and has been for years. It is about 20 K north of Pattaya. I did read they were thinking of another new one down South at Surathani(sp) but I don't think that idea/plan has gone very far yet.Wesu wrote:I got also deepsea port, new mega bridge. Infrastructure projects are not explained exactly and named but I guess I gotta dig deeper.
There is also something about a new bridge across the Mekong to Laos, in the area directly east of Chiang Mai. That would be the third bridge. There was a write up in the Saturday Bangkok Post I think. Pete

The new bridge story was in Sunday's Bangkok Post, not Saturday. Here is the link.
