So what is going on around here and where does it happen? This section is for discussion on local events, festivals, and holidays as well as activities and things to do.

HHAD 4th birthday bash

We've finally set a date for the HHAD annual party:

Date: Saturday March 10th

Time: Mid afternoon onwards

Location: Johnnie Walkers

Activities: Live band, food, music, giveaways, and fun

Proceeds: Donations will be made to a local charity or organization, more details to follow.

The band are booked, they will come around 3pm (thai time of course) and play a couple of sets, interspursed with our DJ mates!
Its gonna be big!

Dan, you have to have an adult raddish inserted in the place no one dare speak and walk the walk of the pregnant Biff. Only then may you be lucky enough to be approached by one of the HHAD team, but beware they possess many and varied dark powers! Remember also to approach them gingerly from the south, never making direct eye contact. Make yourself known and retreat to a northerly corner to await the next development. Never try and offer them alcohol as this gets them all of a tizzy and they begin to speak in the old mother tounge of squat, the evening then decends into utter chaos with flan everywhere! Enjoy.

well i hope someone rings my bell but as for my old mother squating on my tongue i would rather not air the family's dirty laundry at this point in time.....plied with enuf mediocre merlot i just might regale you with the sordid details

We have made an error with the date, the 3rd is a Buddhist holiday so the new date for the party will be:

Saturday 10th March

What a shame we will miss the HHAD bash again! :cry: Last year we arrived to late, this year we go home to early. But we are in Hua Hin from the 11th Feb until 6th March if anyone fancies meeting up for a beer or 2 or 3!! :cheers:

Did it twice and my boss ( very good man) said 'Sabin no more africa trips or you're fired'

He got fired before me so all was well after that!!!! :wink:
