Can I apply for free dental/ health care..

My wife is a retired teacher who has access to free medical and dental health care as part oof her pension. Can I ,as her husband ,gain access to this as well..We are not resident in Thailand..only in the winter..

It seems to me that this question should be put to your wife's insurers?
It does not matter where you come from, it's where you are going that matters.
