Surprised nobody else has mentioned it yet - a guy walking down the street with a girl young enough to be his daughter, only she isn't!!
Re: Some ideas, please
Toilet tissue used as table napkins at home and in restaurants, and special dispensers made for that purpose!

Nose 'etiquette' or the lack of.
Noise 'etiquette' or the lack of.
Fridges full of little bags of cooked (leftover) food.
Interrupting conversations. Normally just to say how fat or skinny someone is.
Greeting people. A Sawadee followed by how fat or skinny someone is.

Re: Some ideas, please
Double parking on major roads (without a care in the world) and causing traffic to pile up
Drivers pulling out from side road without looking
Letting dogs run unchecked on the beach
Children who refuse to give up seats for adults on public transport
Authorities allowing parking on major roads and causing traffic to slow as three lanes merge into two - in the West cars parked on major roads are towed away within minutes of parking.
Three or four people riding on one motor bike, without helmets.
Friday police collection strategy and causing traffic hold ups

Come's under JD's Noise etiquette.
Taking a huge mouthful of food and immediately making a phonecall.
Eating with the mouth open and the sounds that are produced by that exercise.
Also.
Wearing a builders hard hat as a helmet.
When wearing a proper helmet why not do up the chin strap?? (I've seen cops do this too)

Riding motorcycles whilst shopping at markets.
Riding a motorcycle along the road and just stopping without warning at a roadside food outlet, and conducting their business from the back of the bike.
The 2 above basically refer to many Thais having lost the power of their legs making it impossible for them to walk anywhere.

Holding the helmet on top of the head instead of putting on properly.
Carrying the helmet in the basket so as not to mess the new hairdo.

Right of way different here, motorcycles feel they own the road over pedestrians
The proper function of man is to live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall use my time.
Re: Cultural teaching - some ideas, please
Locals in rural areas inviting visiting (foreign) strangers to sit and share a bit of food or a drink with them and finding it hilarious
Police helping drunk people back on their toppled motorbikes and sending them on their way (on said motorbike)
"Different sense" of spatial awareness, especially on staircases, escalators, doorways, etc
No use of handbrake when parking and parking across the backs of other cars in dept. stores etc
Filling and (constant) refilling drinks glass for friends/guests
