Ford dealer in Petchaburi

Hi all!
I have just purchased a new Ford. Having been dealing with Ford Hua Hin for the past 4 years I decided this time to try ford in Petchburi.
The difference between the two is unbelievable, in Petchburi you are greeted by everyone with smiles; they make you feel as if you ARE the customer and not as if they’re doing you a favour. The Manager takes time to come say hi, and asks if everything’s ok.
I honestly lost count on the number of times, people thanked me for my custom, if ask a question, they did not know the answer to, they took time to found out, and i was given the answer before I left. (makes a change from the usual reply of No have)
All this was prior to me deciding to buy. once i had agreed to buy, the standard of service remained the same.
Well done Ford Petchburi! you're a credit to your brand
So if your in the market for a new vehicle and Fords your choice pop along and you I’m sure you will receive the same level of service.

That's good news Ken..I also rate HH Ford as a bunch of numpty's, so I was also contemplating checking-out Pet'buri Ford.
(I was considering trying the Ford dealer at Pratchuap..till I heard it's run by the same family as HH Ford, so North-bound it is.)

It seems most franchise in HH are the same we were planning to get our new Hilux here but got so fed up with the lack of professional standards and their "well do you want it or not?" Attitude that I tried muan petch in Cha am. The contrast could not have been more different. They got the sale.
