Change of car owner

Please advise me what I need to do when I sell my car to someone else. Things like change of name. Cheers.

1, letter from immigration is now needed to say your selling the car
2,copy of passport photo page
3, copy of current visa page
4, form to transfer name can be got at transport office

Not sure about a car but last time I transferred a bike (a couple of months ago) they also asked for proof of residency letter for buyer AND seller (if farangs).
