I'm willing to do this. There's nothing at stake here, so I assume there are no trust issues involved.
Thanks for the offer, but there is a very small time window here. I have to wait for the judging sheets to come in. When there are sheets missing, I have to chase them down - not easy if there is sickness/leave involved. Everything then has to be done in very quick time to get the results published. I set my publishing time between 5pm and 7pm each week (although I don't always achieve it).

I would still like to progress the trial as planned, but if that is not a success, then if you still want to give it a go, we will try it.

It's only a small window if you choose to make it one. Worst case scenario if I do the tally is that the results are sometimes published a little later on Friday or first thing Saturday. This isn't the World Cup! Anyway, the offer stands. :D

OK, thank you. When I start the 'Guest Judge' trial in a couple of weeks, it will be every other week. I'll let you do the marking of the judges papers every other week. It's a trial, so let's evaluate both methods - maybe a new broom will identify savings to be made. I'll prepare a 'idiots guide' (no offence meant) to marking and collating for you to follow. I'll also forward a copy of the evaluation template that you will need at the same time.

An early finish to the competition this week for Loy Krathong. This week's competition is now closed.
