Can you get to and from Pattaya via water from Hua Hin?

Not knowning anything about Hau Hin, Hence my enquirery

Do they have a boat taxi or barge that goes to and from on a daily bases?
What are the cost per trip?
How long does the trip take?
Where does it leave from at HH?
Where does it land at Pattaya?

Unfortunately no. Companies have tried to establish a service a few times over the years but it just didn't work out for one reason or another. Pete
