What a strange poster. Why show dogs burning up the tarmac on a motorbike? I can't read Thai, but is this a festival for people to bring their beloved pets to, or is this a training session for your dog to ride on a motorbike?

It's an event where they have stalls sellingvdogvfood and other pet dogvrelated items. There is also some kind of parade so it's a dog fair.

The poster says there will be a cute dog contest open to all breeds. Being Thailand I would guess this will involve dogs dressed up like toys - maybe even riding motorbikes . Contest registration open until 10 sept. As BG says, there will also be stalls selling dog related stuff. And there will also be free health checks and vaccinations - for the dogs.
