My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
I must be missing something. I've walked up and down Soi Bintabaht, Soi 80 and the adjoining sois at different times between 3pm and 8pm on a couple of days this week, and the bars seemed dead with only two or three ladies in some bars and none in most. Perhaps it was too early, might try later tomorrow, but I'm not a late night person and like to be in bed by midnight.

I thought that the saying was that if your not in bed by midnight it's best to go home and try another night

Yes but only if you get there just after the bars open or before 5pm then being run over is unlikely as you would be able to avoid bumping into the one or two girls that are all that is on offer. After those times the full contingent could be available and getting run over is possible!
As with other areas of Hua Hin, we have been out again with the camera to compliment our bar map. We have tried to include everything on the map (and a couple more), but unfortunately one bar (no names) has requested not to be included, and will be removed when we next publish our map. Because of the volume of photos, they will be published in 3 segments, over a few days. Some establishments will have more than one photo, for no reason other than to clarify the name.

Thanks for the update. It is amazing to me how often these bars change ownership/get a makeover. If you don't drive up there for a couple of months you would be so surprised !
