Upgrading to a new place, maybe?

Whenever I have moved, I have rarely taken any furniture with me. It's so cheap here that there's not much point (unless it's the high end stuff of course). Saying that, I have also always got at least a year's use out of my stuff - 5 months does seem a little quick to be flogging it. It looks decent enough though, so it shouldn't really be the buyer's concern.
