Try Sun Sports near Tanawit Hotel, they do the best quality shirts, better than anything in the market. Been mentioned on this forum many times. Got my new red England away shirt last week and ordered club shirts for next season.

I have purchased 2 or 3 Hammers shirts over the years but always at Pratunum market in Bangkok , Im sure that a few end up in Hua Hin so ask around . West Ham are fairly well known amongst Thais but sadly for the wrong reasons , more than once Kids have cheerfully advised me how crap they were....

If I were you I would'nt waste money on a West Ham shirt .....get him a proper football shirt with Manchester United on it
