Hi there,
Anyone interested in playing badminton, beach ball or some other healthy activities, swimming perhaps?
This is just for fun, we are amateurs and it's not commercial in any way.
If you're interested, post something here or send a message.

Re: Anyone interested in playing badminton, beach ball
My boyfriend plays Badminton 4 / 5 nights a week in Bangkok and is hoping to find some keen partners / opponents when we move to HH shortly. Interested in any info on good courts / clubs that turn up here.
Re: Anyone interested in playing badminton, beach ball
tavimook ( on petchakasem road ) , offers the best badminton courts , they also have tennis , a gym and driving range
i'm not sure about any clubs though as i would be interested too
you can pm me , if you fancy a match

Hi please count me in for a game of badminton, was a regular player at one time, but not for quite a while.
The courts at Tavimook are quite good I went to watch a tournament there once a couple of years back.
There is a club in town, I have been a few times, and I was really the only non Thai player there haha!
It is down near queens park, but the courts are not a good a Tavimook.
Tavimook is a sprung floor so kinder on ageing joints!
I could do with the exercise again, and would enjoy a knock about....so please get in touch where ever you play.
Cheers paderborn

I play at Tavimook and while there may not be better alternatives in HH, it's not great. The floor may be sprung, but its a bit slippery, the lighting is not great and there's no ac so bring plenty of water or other drinks, but its exercise.

Yes, Tavimook is absolutely shite, the best courts in HH are at PH'sDannie Boy wrote:I play at Tavimook and while there may not be better alternatives in HH, it's not great. Hi,
No air con at the Badminton club either & the floor is painted concrete, not very forgiving!
I have also heard that Palm Hills is the best place to play, but I never been.
Cheers Paderborn
