Many years ago I was living in Florida and travelling to the UK once or twice a year and had British neighbours. I was intrigued by the shopping list of things that I was asked to bring back for them. English sausages, black puddings, Branston pickle, Bachelors M.P and Birds custard powder, I think most of those are available globally now.
Any more reports about the new F&C place near the Tessaban? Been past a few times and nobody there
Meanwhile just had a mate crowing about the F&C at 'The Gulf of Thailand' up soi 80 are to die for. Anybody been to this place?

It’s none of my business what people say and think of me. I am what I am and do what I do. I expect nothing and accept everything. It makes life so much easier.
I'm so thrilled, the F & C thread is back again. The world is poised on the edge of another Middle east catasrophe but are we ex-pat Hua Hinians concerned--not a bit we've bigger things to worry about--where is the best F & C and don't forget the mushy peas.
Not a lot expats can do about world affairs but we can certainly do things about our pleasures in life

Eating F & C on this expat Odyssey equates with eating lotus on the original one.
"There's no plausible or convincing reason, certainly no evidential one, to believe that there is such an entity (= deity) and that all observable phenomena, including the cosmological ones... are explicable without the hypothesis; you don't need the assumption."
