Would you like to check the programme notes from the Fulham v Chelsea game?
Terry may well go, but you should put aside the rubbish written about him, topical this week. How do you know he's a 'malevolent' force? You don't, that's the bottom line. You have no knowledge of this whatsoever. You're just following type. Boring.
By the by, I hope he doesn't go. He is still one of the best centre backs in the premiership as he proves whenever he plays. He openly accepts he's not 1st choice anymore under Benitez, although that is questioned by many.
You pontificate about all and sundry, criticise, bemoan, complain, bitch. That's why I said you should stick to Liverpool.
And what tactical 'nounce was that? When did you last see Chelsea play?
I'd get rid of Torres - he's had a whole season to demonstrate his quality, and as a (very expensive) goal scorer, he simply hasn't done enough.
dtaai-maai wrote:I thought Torres had quite a decent season this time - relatively speaking, of course. Hasn't he scored around 20?
I was thinking Premier league and the stats are apparently 32 games, 7 goals with 5 assists, so not exactly setting the world on fire for a £50m striker. Trouble is, who would pay decent money to give him a chance elsewhere?
Never mind about torres that situation will be sorted out by the arrival of the special one back to his ancestral home, with any luck this could mean Lampard staying another season and also some great new signings.
It's perfectly understandable why Chelsea fans have wet dreams about Mourinho, but I can't help feeling that he might be one of those things best left as a happy memory. Like Dalgeish at Liverpool.
Never go back, they say, and sometimes with good reason.
I also think Mr Mourinho is just a tad too much in love with himself.
EDIT: Having said all that, of course, I and many others would be delighted to see him come back and fail miserably. It would be interesting to see how many weeks he lasted before getting the chop!
Well I was listening to an interview only last week and they reckon that as Chelsea are going to rebuild this situation would appeal to the special one.
Time will tell but I would like to see him back at the bridge.

Ttm
Well it sounds like a done deal, With Benitez only ever being the interim manager and now Mourinho saying in public how he would love to manage in England at a club where he is loved, can't imagine anything other than him being Captain at the Bridge next season!!
Ashley Cole......time to give Bertrand a chance,maybe ?
Romeu.....not good enough
Lampard....out of contract but could stay if Mourinho comes back.
Torres....50m signing but lucky if you will get 10m for him.....Real Sociedad, possibly.
Moses....flatters to deceive.
Malouda....doesnt feature now,way past his best.
Ferreira....way past his best about 5 years ago !
Marin....minimal impact.
Benayoun....surprised he's still on the books.
Hilario.....he's nearly 38,hilarious he's still with you.
So,I think Jose could get rid of at least 7 of them quite easily !
We're all on our uppers,we're all going skint,
I used to suck fat cigars but now I suck Polo mints.
I saw Jose being interviewed after the Dortmund match where he said he wanred to go where he is loved by people, surely that just applies to Chelsea fans, as everyone else seems to consider him an egotistical big spender of other people`s money.

You forgot to add that he leaves behind a wrecked club after 2 or 3 years. Wether that's poor old JT and Frank being unwilling to play for the next 17 managers, thrashing 30 odd year old players for 50 games a season as next season is irrelevant or alienating club legends.
The Blokes a dick, charismatic and amusing, but ultimately, a dick.

It`s spelt "whether" by the way.
Anyway, shouldn`t you be getting off to work?
