Sugestions for hotel/guesthouse that have the following

Post by Fleet Ho »

Hi

Will be in HH toward end of the month. What is the town like then given in the middle of the low season? Is it really quite or are all the bars open as usual.

What I would like is recommendations for hotel or guesthouse (1000b -1800b range)that has the following:

-Has in room safe
-Is lady friendly where ideally the lady ID is taken by security and returned after they call you to check all is OK B4 she leaves.
-Walking distance to the bars
-Pool would be nice but not essential
-Nice breakfast
-Internet access in room or at least available in the hotel somewhere

I would like a hotel perferably that I can book through here so I can support this excellent forum.

Appreciate you comments, suggestions and experiences.

Hey Fleet, with your budget. You can definitely find a nice place for yourselve but will suggest that you go find out when you are there. I just spent whole of last week there & it is really not difficult to find a guest house which might suits you, i was a first timer too.

cha ba chalet!

Post by lfc3acmilan3 »

i was a first timer in hua hin, and my first hotel, the cha ba chalet. 700 baht a night, plus breakfast, for a luxury room. huge room, decent shower, big telly with 60 channels, laundry done within 2 hours for next to nothing, air con so good, youd wake up shivering if you turned it up too much. as far as taking bar girls back, they didnt care, and the desk was manned 24 hours a day, so you could leave their id there if you wanted. the el murphy hotel was even better, for 500 baht a night, and had a cheap mini bar and good restaurant attached. next time i am going though, im going native, and going to get accomodation through the local fisherman, i got offered a room in a shack with a fan for 180 baht a night, [ edited by Admin ]

You have repeatedly ignored our warnings to tone your content down so I have no option but to suspend your account for a week.

Not everyone who reads these forums are interested in what seems to be an obsession for you.
