Stepping it up a bit

It seems to me that something else is needed to step up this forum a little. We have over 500 members now but only a loyal small percentage of those post regularly (you know who you are and we are grateful ).

I have compiled some Forum Statistics to show this.

The new and non posting members will have recieved an email from our marketing people earlier this week (it wasnt spam!). What I'm really asking is what would you (the silent readers) like to see here to encourage more interactivity and posting?
