All I know is we haven't paid anything since we moved here......there's supposed to be a small tax but I thought everyone just ignored it. We've never had any communication from anywhere that we owe anything to the Tessaban.

T.I.G.R I think you will find that it is your responsibility to ask the Tessaban what tax you are due to pay. The tessaban did a tour of our village and notified the residents that tax was due and that if taxes were left unpaid they would block the future sale of the premises through the Land Office. We also had to pay back taxes for three years.There was also an annual fine for non payment.
