Rrikzee,
Do you mean a medical certificate "passing you fit" to work offshore...???
If so, you shouldn't go far wrong with Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin. I work in Afghanistan and have to have a very rigourous annual medical to be able to do so. BHHH did the whole lot for me with no fuss.
If it's just a certificate you want signed without having the medical, go to any doctors and pay them a few hundred baht.

Re: Hua Hin hospitals for offshore medical certificates
I'm not sure what the situation in Thailand is, but when I was working offshore in the North Sea, as well has the Dutch sector, Norwegian sector and Danish sector, our offshore medical certificates could only be obtained/issued through certain approved doctors/clinics. When our vessel was hired for well intervention work in the Norwegian sector, we also had to get a separate Norwegian medical certificate. Having done these for many years, I can't say there was any difference between the different examinations, other than the cost, which fortunately was paid for my the company.
It also amused me that we had to comply with all the Norway specific regulations, but yet we were never paid Norwegian rates.
Maybe they just didn't want us to go drinking when we were in port. Without Norwegian rates, drinking was a very expensive indulgence.
On a slightly different note.......A mate of mine gets his medicals done here in Thailand, but he only works in China, Australia, and occasionally in Thailand, when the company twists his arm. I would imagine if Australia accept a Thai medical, then so will the UK, but of course I could be wrong. My mate is away to Hong Kong for a few days, but if you want, I can ask him which hospital in Thailand he uses.

Bumrungrad looks like the place I need to go. As my trips should be in SE Asia or Africa, this should be ok.
