This place has been recommended several times in the past: The South East Pharmacy, located in Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok (near Soi 15, about half way between the Nana BTS station and the Asoke station, a bit closer to Asoke).

I am currently trying to find out more for myself at the moment. If you use them, please let me know how you get on.

I use South East Pharmacy quite regularly. They also offer mail order and I have had no problem with that.

I use Candesartan which goes under other names Blopress, Atacand, Amias, and Ratacand. ( I have Amias )
They have given me a "top up " tablet which is called Amlodipine, they seem to work for me. Whether you can get then in HH I am not sure. We used to go to a chemist near Cool smile in the middle road behind the main Cha Am road, can't remember the name. They will order things in this chemist.

No problems. I'll be checking it out myself either next week or the week after. If you want to PM me your medication list, I can enquire for you i.e. cost and availability.

I bought MICARDIS for my blood pressure at Village Market pharmacy. I gave them my old
box and they pulled one off the shelf. Still as expensive as in Australia. I also bought INDOCID for my gout. Very cheap. They just look at the ingredients on the box or bottle.

moose, I went up to South East Pharmacy yesterday. I was very impressed with the shop, and the efficient way they converted mine and my wife's needs into the same generic named drugs. Basically I was able to purchase 6 months medication for just over 7,000 Baht - I was expecting it to be a lot more.

Now the bad news...... I enquired about your Amlodopine Benazepril. The guy there looked it up in books, made Internet enquiries and a few phone calls. The end result being that he couldn't supply it. His advice was that your only chance was to find a hospital who might hold it, although he wasn't very hopeful.
