I well remember the last time that she did that to me, but, then again, that's another story...

May I take that Spark woman to task when she mentioned that it was all 'fun and banter' on this site. I disagree totally. It is extremely serious and taken as such. No slackers here, I can tell you. Note to Dtai-maai - if you are considering joining for the thrill of the chase, then I would recommend HRT as a great choice, although Spark isn't really into it, if you get my drift. (Drifting is fun too...)

Anyroad, as they used to say on Coronation Street (do they still?) we should be in for a rare season, and I hope that everybody does really well, but perhaps not quite as well as me...

You're in, but they're still not allowing picks yet. I hope they give people at least 24 hours before qualifying. :banghead: Pete

Thinking about race one, I don't have a clue about how to make my picks. You can read and read the testing reports but they really don't mean a thing come the day. I kind of hope Vettel doesn't come out and start winning race after race again. I'd like to see some excitement, and perhaps a hand full of racers each winning the first half dozen races. That would really make the season interesting.

However, in terms of our pool here, I don't have any statistics but I seem to remember that whomever gets on top early on seems to stay there a good while. Only faltering at the end (like I did last year :( . Good luck to everyone. :thumb: Pete

Yes, I just had a look also. The point spread is going to be larger between all of us this year the way it looks to me. Poll position, pit stops, splitting 4th-6th and 7th-10th all new categories. Pete

I trust that the mention of slackers and me in adjacent sentences was purely coincidental...
I'll remain an impartial observer (well, impartial to all except my favourite Sparky person), as long as you don't mind the occasional bit of banter from a non-participant.

My picks are entirely luck, which probably explains why I'm fighting for the Wooden Spoon each year

I've just made my picks Terry and can't find a way either. I never tried to look in advance of a race last season. Did anyone, and did you find a way? This is not like other SuperBru pools with a pick of just one team and a score. Given the quantity of data with each player I'm thinking that it's not offered. If someone confirms it was offered last season, I'll contact them. Pete

It can be done, but it's not very good.

1. Select View Picks and Results

2. Scroll down the page to Pool Picks

3. On the right of each sub-division, it says View Picks.

4. Click View Picks, and you can see what others have selected in that category.

All ok now - when I checked previously the data had not uploaded.

BTW dtaai-maai - you are a whimp - why not join in and risk getting beat by the Sparky person (as you address her) - shame on you :neener:

My problem isn't so much losing to VS, it's just that I couldn't bear to beat her...
