Coco 51 is worth a visit, a little more expensive but worth it although you may need to book in advance. The Verandah is also good value.

Lets Sea, is down towards the Big Buddha on the front of the beach. Bit more expensive than most places but well worth a visit. Also although they do not look the best looking place on the beach, there is a seafood place at the bottom of the Big Buddha. Food when i was there last was excellent and very good value. Do not be put off by the plastic chairs & tables, the food is very good and seafood fresh.

Pun seafood is great and its on south Kao Takeib beach - the road directly oppositie THE BREEZE CONDO. It helps if you have a THai wiyh you for directons. Food is top drawer, if I ask our staff where they want to go to eat they go for this or a trip to the pier restaurant in Cha Am.

JW, I think you are talking about the first road to the beach south of the mountain. If so, when at the end of the road, there are several (4 or 5) restaurants in a row going south on the beach. Which one is Pun, or does it have a sign in English?

Hi hhf,

When you drive down the road to the beach (opposite the Breeze) its the only one on the right handside, directly on the beach, all concrete style tabes and chairs, signis in Thai but I am sure that if your wife asked she would find it, its very popular with local Thai and foreigners I am told. :thumb:
