Political Correctness has just gone too far.

I'm not fat. I'm weight impaired.
I'm not short. I'm vertically challenged.
A Negro is an African-American. (Maybe in the USA, but what are all the negroes in France?)

Political corretness sucks

Political correctness offends me.

Tell it like it is.

Village Market often has fresh beetroot (and red cabbage). :D

Well, for what's it's worth, it annoys the crap out of me as well. Be careful what you wish for? Why? If something is grey, just say so. Why does grey all of a sudden need to be expressed as being a mix of white and black. It's the same with the bar scene........oh, they have no choice, they must support families, bla, bla, bla. I have absolutely nothing against bar girls, but why make excuses for them? I come from a piss poor family, and my Mom never ever even saw the inside of a brothel. I see tons of girls every day in Thailand who have no money.....they work on building sites, but not in bars. I see tons of Thai men working on building sites because they're desperate for cash.....why are they not breaking into other peoples homes?

The entire idea of political correctness has gone way too far, and as is apparent, it's what's going to be responsible for the crumbling of the west since the rest of the world doesn't give a damn about being PC.

[Mod Edit] Comment removed. It was a very general comment that could be applied to most nations, but also taken by many nations as racial abuse. If you wish to continue posting on this forum, please choose your words more carefully.

Shouldve seen that truck at Makro, maybe if the Americans and the Brits and the rest of us would fly our flags more they wouldnt want to come hang out. I will move, Im not going to retire in some Russian populated town. Hope it doesnt happen. I just think the Russians should stay in Wongamat and Jometien. They never speak any english, look paranoid all the time and segregate themselves from the rest of us. :tsk:

This thread seems to have run its course, and now appears to be a conduit fpr attracting anti-Russian comment from newbies. Just to clarify, our Russian brothers have been resident in Hua Hin for many years.
