We are escaping my own 50th birthday party, and will spend four weeks at HH. We are looking for rental ride for her. She would like to have something full automatic with footpegs.
I myself wold prefer something with little kick in it (got Yamaha FJR at home), but I guess I also have to settle with basic transporter. And automatic also. The rotary "four down and again" gearbox is dangerous when you are used to normal "first down, rest up" gearbox.
We would be delighted if anyone could tell us, good place to hire those bikes.
Wave AT or similar rental.

Welcome to the forum Kumiankka. Just head for the centre of town - you will see bikes for hire parked alongside many pavements there.

Re: Wave AT or similar rental.
This is a good time to ask if HH is suffering from the same scams Pattaya and Phuket are, in that you rent a machine and when you return it they try to charge you huge fees for damage that was preexisting. Gets very nasty at times with people getting beat up, but it always seems they pay out something to the extortionists anyway. You hear and read of these things mainly pertaining to jet skis, but It happens with bike rentals as well. Pete
