There is also a yoga/zumba/etc. shop on Phetkasem road just opposite the exit of soi 51. "Fit station". I think the teachers are also active on other yoga places in HH.
The yoga is is good ( sometimes tough) , varying morning and evening classes betveen tje weekdays.

I get private lessons from Tik at it Station, very good instruction and very tough! Best thing I have ever done

I have just started and figure I will get much more benefit from one on one teaching... I am sure I am right. There is no way I could stretch as much as i do without the help of Tik! I imagine doing it this way for a year before I would go into group lessons with the confidence not to get lost!

There's also a place opened on Soi 6 just before you get to Borfai temple. It seems to be doing quite well, and in fact, after looking through the windows, I'm thinking of becoming an inactive member.....observation only.
