Best Toyota service around?

We've got a Toyota pickup that needs it's 100k service done over the next few weeks. I've heard nightmares about Toyota HH (Some praise of them too, to be fair) and different comments about where is best to get a good fair service done without too much of a farang tax......

Any Toyota owners on here? Where do you go, and are you happy there? Where should we avoid?

I've always had good service from Toyota Cha Am. I bought the truck from there before the one in Hua Hin was opened and have always gone back as I've always been impressed with them.
I had a service there last month for I think 2,600 bt for a Vigo 50,000 km service, all itemized on the bill and cleaned for free. They even phoned back a couple of days later to ask if we were happy with everything which surprised me.
