I know a couple:

One next to the index store on the main petchakasem road and another just before the chevrolet dealers going out of town.

The one close to Index and on the same side of the Phetskasem Road has always been damned
expensive place. IMO their prices are - at least were - about 15% higher than anyone elses.
The dealer right next to CondoChain was cheap and honest when I bought my previous car.

Remember; paying cash you can always haggle the price down up to 25 % from the original sticker-price.
