Personally I have a good dentist at the house leading to soi 45(By the gasoline station, and HH bike), I,ve paid about 6000bath for a crown. I don,t know if that,s a reasonable price.

Check out the new dentist nearly opposite the TLC english school (west side of Phetkasem road heading into town and before the municipal office). As clean as anything overseas but not sure if they do crowns or cost!

It's certainly a reasonable price compared with private UK treatment, where a crown last year cost me over 500 stirling! (about 23,000 baht.) But the difference might be partly accounted for by the type of crown and what it is made from. If 6,000 bt is buying a Cerec crown done by computer aided technology then it is very cheap indeed.

I can,t tell you what type of crown it is , but I,ve been to this place many times, normally just ordinary work with my teeth. I,ve understood the dentist which deals with the crowns is a man which normally woorks in hospital, and do this extra works in evenings and weekends. I must say I,ve been to many, many dentists through my life, but this one is good.

Thanks I will try to look around.
I make to crown's in Bangkok before , nice work and I remember it was cheap comparing price in Denmark. I not remember the exat price but i think i pay around 17.000 thb. incl. a root treatment. So if the cost for a quality crown are about 6.000 thb. then it's very cheap.

Hi
I had a front tooth crown replaced more than a year ago and 2 old fillings replaced with never a problem at Smile Dentist on Phetkasem, just before the Cabinet shop and on the same side of the road.

the Crown and labor cost me 8,000 baht

excellent young man was the dentist there

good luck
