Blackmores products

Any store / pharmacy stocking Blackmores products. I am particularly after Bio Magnesium... a mixture of magnesium oxide and magnesium phosphate with Vitamin D,

It's a fairly easily available brand here, good quality, not the cheapest as it's imported from OZ, I think. You should be able to find it in most places.

All the usual candidates like Watsons/Boots/Tesco should all have it along with almost any half decent pharmacy you go into.

I always buy anything like this from some place that has air-con as most of them are supposed to be stored at temperature under 30 C.

Only thing I find is that most places only stock a splattering of the products from the range and cannot be guaranteed to have the one you want.

try Watsons or Boots. Sometimes MAKRO Pranburi has some and it is 20% -25% cheaper, but they don't always have, when items run out it takes months to restock.

Think Tesco (Market Village) is cheaper than both Boots and other stores.

I use for leg cramps... In days gone by, Quinine was the the cure but it is now on the banned list. My GP recommended Bio Magnesium and it does the trick with no after affects

Spot on, Spitfire, as usual. Tesco has stock. Baht 315/50. Oz I paid about Baht 700/100, so in fact, cheaper here.

The pharmacy in Tesco is part of the Fascino chain ... I find there prices very reasonable

As an afterthought to this thread, as Amarita asked if there was anything that someone would recommend, then out of the Blackmores/or anyones else's products for that matter, then yes, and would recommend it to anyone......and that is the grape seed extract.

Good for all, amazing antioxidant and way more powerful that vit C or E, plus it helps in the circulation/heart section. It is reputedly one of/if not the only antioxidant that bridges the blood-brain barrier.

No side effects really.

If you are on 'Warfarin' or other medication then should check with your doc etc.

As a preventative measure for the healthy, then it's a good move, massive amounts of research has been done on it and is accepted as a general benefit.
